We are looking to add a customer service representative to our team to assist our service advisor in taking exceptional care of our valued clients. 

Job responsibilities would include, but not limited to, answering phones and scheduling appointments, greeting walk in customers and starting the process of taking care of their needs, aiding the service advisor in parts sourcing, and parts tracking, keeping the schedule maintained, and other details. Training with our processes and operating system will be provided.

We are looking with someone with an electric personality and a service minded idea for customer service, we are here to serve our customers and that is what you will be doing in this position.

Their is oppertunity for advancement into a full service advisor position, with the benefit of learning the skills needed, while you are on the job.

Experience in customer service would be a bonus but a GREAT personality and the willingness and ability to learn  is possibly all that is needed.
