ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Post deals into accounting

· Reconcile dealer reserves

· Reconcile bank statements

· Process aftermarket cancellations

· Reconcile aftermarket statements

· Floorplan payoffs/reconciliations

· Break down deals and prepare contracts for funding when needed

· Assist Office Manager as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Automotive accounting experience a must

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to work independently

· Ability to multi-task/prioritize

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
